TriathlonLIVE continues its lockdown look-back over three decades of racing this weekend with an homage to one of the most iconic venues on the World Triathlon Series circuit: WTS Yokohama.

It was in 2009 that the city made its World Triathlon debut, when two greats Lisa Norden and Jan Frodeno fittingly left with the gold medals. Ten editions on and it has become one of the defining courses of so many seasons, where Javier Gomez, Mario Mola, Gwen Jorgensen and Flora Duffy have been dominant and Japan’s rich triathlon history has been cemented.

On Saturday, TriathlonLIVE.tv will broadcast a retrospective of racing, with back-to-back extended highlights from 2012 right up to present day. Following recent reLIVEs with the likes of Alistair and Jonny Brownlee, Gomez and Duffy, there will be the opportunity to take part in a live Q&A with the protagonists, including the mighty Mola himself.

Sunday will reLIVE the Elite women’s racing in the same format, with World Champion Katie Zaferes, Jodie Stimpson, Summer Rappaport and Andrea Hewitt among the stars ready to give their unique insights on the action.
