The 2013 Asian Triathlon Championships in Subic Bay aims to challenge anyone asking themselves that question. Frank Lacson, recently turned 50 and considered to be the first national triathlon champion of the Philippines, has been competing in triathlons for 30 years. In his career, he has obtained numerous gold medals in different divisions and aims to prove that age only makes him stronger. Magali Echauz, 15-years old and a 3rd-year high school student, juggles teenage life and becoming a hopeful for the 2014 Youth Olympic Games. Arnel Aba, the one-legged swimming sensation who had lost his leg during a vehicular accident has, against all odds, become a national inspiration to both differently-able and able-bodied athletes.

The Lighthouse Marina Resort, along with the Triathlon Association of the Philippines and Chili Grass Advertising, present the 20th Anniversary of the Subic Bay International Triathlon!
