Asia Triathlon

Before the snow will cover all the ski resorts in Europe and North America the 2006 Winter Triathlon calendar will be announced. Some meetings and discussions were held during the year which helped the planning of the 2006 season. This year new countries started with Winter Triathlon, such as Australia and Argentina. There is a big interest for the sport also outside of Europe and hopefully this will appear on the 2006 season.

The season has already started in an early event in Voukatti mostly from the local nation. The Finnish federation is also interested to organise an other ITU event in the end of the season. This needs to be confirmed.
